When you use the Virtual Try-On feature, we temporarily process the following data:

• Your Photo: The image you upload is processed solely to generate the virtual try-on result. This image is transmitted to our servers and to our AI processing partner (Google AI) exclusively for generating your try-on image.
• Product Images: The product image you select is combined with your photo to create the try-on result.

2. Data Storage & Retention

We do not permanently store your photos on our servers. Your uploaded images are:

• Processed in real-time to generate the try-on result
• Automatically deleted from our processing servers immediately after the result is generated
• Never stored, archived, or retained on our systems beyond the processing session

Local Storage Only: If you choose to save your photo for future try-ons, it is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device. We have no access to locally stored data.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

We use Google AI (Gemini) to generate virtual try-on images. When processing your request:

• Your image is transmitted securely to Google's AI services
• Google processes the image using their highest safety settings
• Google's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy
• We have configured our integration to minimize data retention and maximize privacy protections

4. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Legal Basis: We process your data based on your explicit consent when you upload your photo
• Data Minimization: We only process data necessary for the virtual try-on feature
• Right to Erasure: Since we don't store your data, there is nothing to delete. Local data can be cleared through your browser settings
• Data Portability: Your locally stored images can be accessed directly from your browser

7. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to this feature at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms.
